Delivery Policies 

Same day deliveries are accepted until 2:30PM on days were we deliver.

 On weekdays :

Deliveries received after 2:30PM Monday to Friday or 12:30 on Saturdays will be delivered the next business day.

*Please note funerals are exceptions*  

We deliver to the following funeral homes

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we always call before each delivery to ensure someone will be able to receive their plant, bouquet or arrangement. We will not leave a plant, bouquet or arrangement unattended without the consent of the sender. This is to ensure the quality of our products and the successful delivery of your generous gift. If permission is given by the sender to leave the bouquet, arrangement or plant, etc., Flower Works, LLC is not responsible if the item/s is stolen or damaged. 

If permission is given by the customer to leave the bouquet, arrangement or plant, etc. as a surprise, the sender waives their right to claim refund or replacement.

CALLING THE SHOP BACK IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.  The recipient MUST call the shop back if a message is left before we will complete the delivery!! 

If the recipient does not call Flower Works, LLC back the day of the desired delivery, Flower Works, LLC will call the next day and the process begins all over again. We will continue to call daily until the recipient calls the shop back or the recipient answers the phone. We will contact the sender to keep them informed about the delivery.

During holiday seasons, we can guarantee same-day delivery, but we can not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Please make sure you give us the phone number for the recipient!

If the bouquet, arrangement or plant, etc. is a surprise, you must tell us and you MUST give Flower Works, LLC your permission to leave the arrangement, bouquet or plant etc.

If the surprise is to be delivered to an office, workplace or etc. it will be left there. Once the delivery is made Flower Works, LLC is not responsible for anything damaged, stolen or lost.

If permission is given by the customer to leave the bouquet, arrangement or plant, etc. as a surprise, the sender waives his right to claim refund or replacement.

If the surprise is sent to a residential address and the weather is colder than 60 degrees Fahrenheit and no one is home to accept the delivery, and permission is given by the customer to leave the bouquet, arrangement or plant, etc. as a surprise, the sender waives his right to claim refund or replacement.

*We will only go to the delivery location once.*

The Upper Peninsula is known for its dynamically changing weather.  If the sender has given consent to leave the plant, arrangement or bouquet, etc., at the delivery location as a surprise, Flower Works, LLC is NOT responsible for anything damaged, lost or stolen.

If permission is given by the customer to leave the bouquet, arrangement or plant, etc. as a surprise, the sender waives his right to claim refund or replacement.

We strongly discourage the surprise delivery route. To ensure a successful delivery we request a phone number for the recipient.

If your order has any specific instructions and you call the shop to place an order, the employee taking the order must be told and the specific instructions will be noted in the instructions section on the order form.  

Please keep in mind that some areas of the hospital, such as the Intensive Care Unit, do not accept floral deliveries due to possible plant or pollen allergies. infection etc.. In this case, we will call the hospital once a day, and as soon as the patient moves to a regular room, we will deliver the gift.

Delivering high-quality products is something we take very seriously. We always wrap arrangements, bouquets and plants when the weather is cold and recommend customers do the same when transporting their plants, bouquets or arrangements. We provide care information to ensure success.

We can not deliver during hours we are not open. If an order is placed after we have closed, we can deliver it the following day during operational hours.
