Same-Day Local Delivery!

Delivery Policies

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we always call before each delivery to ensure someone will be able to receive their plant, bouquet or arrangement. We will not leave a plant, bouquet or arrangement with out the consent of the sender. This is to ensure the qualityof our products and the successful delivery of your generous gift. 

CALLING THE SHOP BACK IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.  The recipient MUST call the shop back if a message is left before we will complete the delivery!! 

If the recipient does not call back the day of the desired delivery, Flower Works, LLC will call the next day and the process begins all over again. We will continue to call daily until the recipient calls the shop back or the recipient answers the phone. We will contact the sender to keep them informed about the delivery.

Orders placed one hour before closing (5:00 pm Monday- Friday) and (3:00 pm Saturday), will be delivered the next business day.

During holiday seasons, we can guarantee same-day delivery, but we can not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Please make sure you give us the phone number for the recipient!

We call every recipient.

If the gift is a surprise you must tell us and we MUST have your permission to leave the arrangement, bouquet or plant where ever the delivery location is. 

If the surprise is to be delivered to an office, workplace or etc. it will be left there. Once the delivery is made Flower Works, LLC is not responsible for anything damaged, stolen or lost once the delivery is made as requested by the sender.

If the surprise is sent to a residential address and the weather is colder than 60 degrees Fahrenheit and no one is home to accept the delivery, a tag will be left on the door for the recipient to call the shop and come to the shop to pick up their arrangement, plant or bouquet. We will only go to the delivery location once.  

The Upper Peninsula is known for its dynamically changing weather.  If the sender has given consent to leave the plant, arrangement or bouquet at the delivery location as a surprise, Flower Works, LLC is NOT responsible for anything damaged, lost or stolen once the delivery is completed as requested by the sender. 

CALLING THE SHOP BACK IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.  WE WILL ONLY GO TO THE DELIVERY LOCATION ONCE.  A TAG WILL BE LEFT WITH THE INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO CONTACT THE SHOP, IF THE DELIVERY IS MISSED.

Also, if your order has specific instructions, please note that in on the "Additional Details" sections during your checkout. 

If your order have any specific instructions and you call the shop to place an order, the employee taking the order must be told and the specific instructions will be noted in the instructions section on the order form.  

Delivering high-quality products is something we take very seriously. We always wrap arrangements, bouquets and plants when the weather is cold and recommend customers do the same when transporting their plants, bouquets or arrangements. We provide care information to ensure success.

We can not deliver during hours we are not open. If an order is placed after we have closed, we can deliver it the following day during operational hours.
