There are a lot of great things about living in Marquette, Michigan, including the downtown area. There are many small shops and restaurants, and we have some great festivals throughout the year that provide a nice celebration for everyone in the community. Newer residents of Marquette may not realize how lucky they are to live in such a wonderful place.
While Marquette is home to many amazing businesses that are worth checking out, one of the most unique and beautiful spaces in town is our greenhouse, located right downtown on Third Street. We’re excited to introduce our beautiful greenhouse to the local community. If you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy fresh air, tranquility, and tropical plants all year round, consider stopping in to see us.
Enjoy a New Nature Experience in the Heart of Marquette, MI
The greenhouse is a place where we can give people the opportunity to experience nature in an urban environment. Our space offers tropical plants, from palms and ferns to exotic trees. We also sell many of these varieties for customers who might not have access to this type of plant life outside their own homes. There are plenty of benches inside and outside to sit and enjoy the space, or you can take a tour of some of our exotic plants.
There is something calming, almost soul-soothing, about the green foliage and the bubbling sound of our indoor pond. The sound of water trickling down from a small fountain in the corner of the greenhouse. This is a place to be peaceful, contemplate, and take a break from your busy life. You’ll find an oasis among the plants here that’s more than just airy words and fluffy adjectives - it’s a place you can feel lost in paradise.
What Makes FlowerWorks Greenhouse Special

It’s a perfect place to get away from it all, take a breather or just enjoy the beauty of nature.

This season is all about dark and moody hues that give a spooky look to floral arrangements. Colors such as purple, maroon, black, or dark blue hues give a different twist to a dark and moody arrangement. You can then add other pops of color, such as different shades of red, oranges, and even yellows.

These colors can be reflected in the changing leaves, pumpkins, gourds, and florals of the season.
