Low-risk process for ordering, pick up and delivery of flowers

Flower Works LLC as a Professional Retail Florist of Michigan is committed to providing a safe very low-risk workplace for its employee following CDC guidelines.

Flower Works LLC is committed to providing a safe and very low-risk process for ordering and non contact delivery of flowers and plants to our customers.

The low-risk process that we will adhere to is as follows:

All orders will be received online or by phone. The sales floor is closed to the general public. Flower Works LLC will follow the recommended CDC guidelines and State guidelines to keep store employees safe.

Low risk, non-contact order pick up is available at Flower Works LLC, following the recommended CDC and State guidelines.

Deliveries:

Upon receiving a delivery Flower Works LLC driver will contact the recipient and ask for permission to deliver the gift and establish a delivery time frame with the recipient.
The driver will deliver to the front door/porch as agreed with the recipient in a phone call. If it is needed the driver will let the recipient know of the arrival of the delivery.
The driver will not come in contact with the recipient.
